1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Gengtoto. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform at gengtoto.vu, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member ("Member", "User", or "You") and Gengtoto as the platform operator ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). 3 Account Registration and Member Eligibility

To register an account at Gengtoto, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or play ban list imposed by any authority.
• Registering as a private individual, not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
• Have never had a gengtoto account closed due to a terms violation.

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the Gengtoto. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, IC number, phone number, or banking details is strictly prohibited. If we detect more than one account linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and the balances within those accounts may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Gengtoto conducts an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) to ensure platform security and comply with industry standards. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the registered payment method.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in restrictions on withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Fund Deposit

All deposits to the Gengtoto are processed via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local bank transfers, FPX, DuitNow QR, TNG eWallet, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are clearly displayed in the deposit section of your platform.

• Deposits may only be made using payment methods that registered in your name. Deposits made using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• All deposits are in the currency of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Gengtoto does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits that have been made cannot be reversed once processed into the system.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal request from account Gengtoto will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes for standard cases. Withdrawals requiring additional security review may take up to 24 working hours.

• Withdrawals are only processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• You must fulfil any bonus-related wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Gengtoto reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the system.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Most bonuses offered come with a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement is expressed as a multiple of the deposit or bonus amount — for example, "5x rollover" means you must wager five times the bonus amount received.

Bonus Abuse Policy

The following activities are considered bonus system abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Colluding with other users to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Using hedging or arbitrage betting methods designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.

6 Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Member Gengtoto are expected to conduct themselves in a fair, honest, and responsible manner in all interactions with the platform and other members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the gengtoto platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Unauthorized Software Use: Using automated bots, hacking software, or unapproved third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking and Intrusion: Any attempt to breach or disrupt the systems, servers, or data of the gengtoto platform.
• Identity Fraud: Registering or operating using another person's identity without authorization.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer mode.

Conduct in Interactions

When interacting with the support team or any official Gengtoto communication channel, members are prohibited from using offensive language, threats, or harassment toward our staff. Gengtoto reserves the right to terminate the support session and take action against the account of any member who behaves in such a manner.

7 Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

All content within the Gengtoto, including but not limited to design, logos, graphics, text, software, source code, trade names, and user interfaces, are the exclusive property of Gengtoto or licensed to us by the relevant third parties.

The usage rights granted to you as a member are limited to personal and non-commercial use only, and may be revoked at any time if these terms are violated.

8 Liability Limits and Disclaimers

Gengtoto makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly, securely, and without interruption. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or data loss under certain circumstances beyond our control.

• Gengtoto is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or user device failures.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects game outcomes, Gengtoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the member.
• Gengtoto is not liable for any losses arising from the actions of third parties, including payment service providers or game suppliers.
• Gengtoto's maximum liability to any member in any case is limited to the net deposit value made by that member in the preceding 12 months.

9 Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your Gengtoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances in the account will be paid out to you in accordance with the applicable standard withdrawal procedures.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• Step 2 – Formal Escalation: If an issue cannot be resolved through standard support, you may submit a written complaint to the Gengtoto management team via our official email.
• Step 3 – Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set out in the relevant jurisdiction.

All parties agree that decisions arising from the arbitration process are final and binding on both parties.

11 Personal Data Protection

The collection, processing, and protection of members' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Gengtoto which forms part of this overarching agreement. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with international data protection standards.
